At Hillside Nature Tours, we strive to provide exceptional experiences. However, we understand that
plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring both our
guests and our business are protected. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1 Submission of Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent via email to hello@hillsidenature.com.
Cancellations will be considered effective from the date we receive your written request.
1.2 Cancellation Fees
More than 30 days before the tour date: Guests will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
15 to 30 days before the tour date: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
7 to 14 days before the tour date: Guests will receive a 25% refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund will be provided.
2. Special Circumstances
2.1 Medical Emergencies
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, we may offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund
upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.
2.2 Force Majeure
In the event that the tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters,
government regulations, pandemics, etc.), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour
without any additional charges.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Requests for Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
More than 30 days before the tour date: No rescheduling fee will be charged.
15 to 30 days before the tour date: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the tour cost will apply.
Less than 15 days before the tour date: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the tour cost will apply.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your tour on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
6. Early Termination of Tours
If a tour is terminated early at the request of the guest, no refund will be provided for the unused portion
of the tour.
7. Changes or Cancellations by Hillside Nature Tours
Hillside Nature Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional
charges.
